First visit
You may come to the clinic without an appointment. Patients with appointments will be given priority. The waiting time will be shorter if you make an appointment.
The order of consultation may vary depending on the nature of the examination and symptoms. If you have a serious illness that requires urgent treatment, you will be given priority.
What you need to prepare
- health insurance card
- Various Medical Beneficiary Certificates
- Medication booklet or previous medications and eye drops
- medical information form(If you don’t have one, please bring your medical history, diabetic notebook, eye drops you have used in the past, and other notes to shorten the waiting time.)

Re-examination
As with first-time patients, you may come to the clinic without an appointment. Appointments are given priority, so it is best to make an appointment to reduce the waiting time.
